Hello friends!

So I did something new today. I made a video on YouTube.

Film is definitely not my best medium, so it’s not the best quality video, fair warning. But I’m proud of it content-wise.

I’ve been in the habit of doing lots of voice memos lately because of my book. So I’ve trained myself to grab my phone and hit record anytime I feel “inspired” or that any sort of “epiphany” is coming on.

So this was one such early-morning musing I had that I recorded, that wound up not being book-related, but is still very relevant, I think, to other artists and creative-types. Really to everyone; but especially to other creators.

Main message:

If something speaks to you — moves you in some way. If you recognize passion in someone else and you like it and appreciate it — please speak up. Let that person know.

I think it’s so important. And not done nearly enough.
